Partisan gerrymandering is bad. It’s also hard to stop when Republicans have held the majority of the Supreme Court since 1970, or 3 years before Roe v Wade. But hey, while you blame Democrats for not having the votes to codify Roe, you sure like to ignore that the VRA WAS federally codified.
