On 23-09-1943 my Grandfather Hein van Kessel was beheaded by the Japanese overlords in what is now Jakarta, Indonesia. Bodies and heads were placed in a mass grave at the execution site at Antjol (now Ancol) in north Jakarta. After the war it became a war memorial cemetery. A sobering visit

I think we need to “Cook Classification” the whole ASA physical status system. Combine ASA 1 & 2 into “Good” Divide 3 into “Moderately compromised” & “Severely compromised”. 4 & 5 can stay as they are. You’re welcome.
