So there seems to be a lot of cursor unhappiness these days, and that inspired me to check out Roo Code based on a recommendation. Its an OS VSCode extension (BYOM api key). Brief experiments with claude 4 doing work on a phoenix app went well, FWIW. Gonna keep digging in: roocode.com

It would be helpful if more people understood renewable energy is actually an extremely disruptive technology and the reason monied interests are trying to make folks hate it is that they are the ones which will be disrupted.

It is weird how working with cursor (I'm sure its the same for any LLM code generator) has this predictable cycle: The second I grow used to it doing non-trivial tasks well, it will fall flat on its face for something I would expect it to be able to do. It's like it wants me to feel needed :)
