Seeing your team win the league with your mates is the best thing to do in the world btw. Sang, cried, drank and bathed in red flare smoke for three days straight. Champions.

Going through every photo I saved to relive the joy. So many iconic snaps from the weekend. Want all of them on my mantelpiece, in the Louvre, etched into my retina forever more.

Since we won the league, I’ve been fleetingly back on twitter. There’s lots of other Reds who never came over here that I wanted to see their celebrations over the past month. And that’s been lovely but my god, everything else is still truly a cesspit. And last night encapsulated this contrast.

NEW: Understand all patients in hospital following the Liverpool car incident have thankfully continued to recover through the night. At least one had to have major surgery. The 53 year-old driver remains in police custody.

Finding it hard to comprehend how yesterday ended. Like the weekend was just beautiful and now having this sense of sadness as the overriding emotion feels cruel. Just truly relieved there wasn’t any fatalities.

Yesterday was joyous. Today is borderline overwhelming tbh, and I didn’t expect it to be. To be among such joy and celebration, it’s a privilege. Mates, kids and their parents, the city is alive. It means so much to so many. Can’t wait to adore them all for giving us this.
