This is the kind of stuff that, if Stephen Harper had done it, Liberals would have been up in arms about and decried as un-Canadian.

The removal of this one machine resulted in what looks to be around a 600% increase in speeding on this residential road. That's weird, I was told speed cameras "don't work" because they "aren't deterrents".

on the one hand, my "you should pay attention to dorofeyev" stocks from 2022 are booming. unfortunately they're alongside "i think phil tomasino is going to be a legit top six forward" which... had signs of happening but fell off a cliff

Very curious as to what happened with Gold no longer being the front runner and wonder how much of it is going to end up being staffing issues (hiring/firing AGMs)

if the

end up with RJ as head of hockey ops, Gold as GM, and the Sedins as the ownership buffer, I think that's the best? situation I think you could've hoped given that they were never going to spend on big money candidates

shocked that the pwhl is announcing vegas as the 10th team and not the 11th given the easy "ocean's 11" marketing they'd have and given their track record with the Goldeneyes being team 7

Coyle is 34 and has averaged 45 points a season his career. Given his age and play style, most people would expect him to be on a decline soon. He got 6 years at $6M.

Imagine talking about any other public service this way. Does the government keep public hospitals âafloatâ? What about when it gave Marine Atlantic $169 million to support its operations in 24/25? The media does the bidding of those who want to private Canada Post when they adopt this framing.

Annoying that WhatNotâs recently changed something thatâs automatically marking shipments late even though theyâve been scanned at the post office within the 2 day window. Only noticed because a customer complained it wasnât showing as shipped despite being dropped off on our seller end.

I have the copium for Canucks fans: Them winning the lottery mightâve actually be worse for them long-term because Aqua wouldâve wanted to speed things up Chayka big brains picks Sharks might go with a D

also: if the canucks do lose the draft lottery tonight, then they should seriously be looking at trading down to the 6-8 range because you should still be able to get one of Viggo BjĂśrck, Carson Carels, or Daxon Rudolph there

I do not like goalie interference penalties when they occur outside the crease and the contact is minimal/not intentionally trying to take out the goalie

it is once again blowing my mind that chayka looks primed to land the GM role in Toronto when he probably had the most "should be forever blacklisted" tenure in the past 15 years in the NHL.

Canada Post delivers to 17.6 million addresses every day (business and residential). At 260 work days per year, that is 4.57 billion deliveries each year. Over eight years, that is 36 billion mail deliveries in 8 years. Canada post delivered mail 36 billion times and it only cost $6.1 billion.
