I've never been as weary as I've been since this second layer of tinnitus started. The OG 'brain tinnitus' (bang centre in my head) is ~7500hz and very loud, but I never had vertigo. This new one is very much just my right ear, and the vertigo means I often have to 'nap out' or I just end up puking
