I had a conversation with a "gender critical" activist who was criticising Graham Linehan for support of ICE. When I asked her why did she ever support him, she said she never had, and to talk to those who had. I searched her tweets: she'd promoted his book and appeared as a guest on his Youtube.

BREAKING: it appears that the MHRA, in control of the UK puberty blocker trial, appointed a senior officer who had previously mocked supporters of trans rights online. Recusal is not enough here. He and those responsible for appointing him should resign. How can trans people trust them now?

I have to laugh at proposals to ban social media for teenagers, when it's very clear that a lot of adults are getting radicalised by being on social media currently. This isn't a problem with a lack of maturity, it's a society-wide issue, that banning teenagers won't fix.

Labour in Ireland utterly betrayed their voters when they last got into power, and got drummed out of power in the subsequent election in a way that they will NEVER come back from. I was a Labour voter, and never in my life would I ever vote Labour again. That also needs to happen in the UK.
