Read the ruling and you'll find that the tribunal found Beth Upton to be calm and largely credible, and they accepted her account of the 2023 incident concluding that Peggie had deliberately engineered a confrontation, and had, in fact, harassed Upton. There were no other complaints.

I've seen the "gender critical" movement score actual victories in legal cases and tribunals, and let me tell you the Sandie Peggie decision is going over like a wet fart on "gender critical" Twitter. The more they read it, the more they hate it. This has gone against them. They'll appeal.

I listened to the first 3 episodes of BBC's "Anatomy of a Cancellation," and I don't know how the interviewer didn't laugh at Kate Clanchy when she said that "slanty eyes" wasn't in her book, it was "slantED, sparking, black eyes," so that was okay. The podcast completely vindicates the criticisms.

The BBC are dragging up the whole Kate Clanchy affair, four years later, with a SIX part podcast. There is no public interest reason for this, and they are just going to retraumatise the victims: the people who criticised Clanchy. One of them has already started receiving hate mail again.
