I'm filling out legal and financial paperwork today for a contract job. It's exciting to be getting paid again, but I didn't expect this creeping uncertainty about do I even know how to work a full 40 hours a week anymore?

I needed some placeholder art and looked at image search. The amount of AI was horrible. Went to art station to buy some things and I just left with the resolve of doing it myself. It'll be better anyway as I can explore UI styles as I go.

Oh no. I've already written a bunch of blueprints like this. I've just realized this is all a bunch of if/then statements and in Unity, I'd favor using a switch statement so I don't have to run through all the options and.. and... oh NO do I already need to refactor my blueprints?!?

I assembled a heated house for the outdoor kitties and Zelda kept jumping inside. Eventually my husband grabbed her and gave her a lecture about it being for less fortunate kitties and reminding her she gets to sleep on top of US for warmth. I don't think she was very impressed.
