I’m tryna be good about being disciplined and consistent. Doing laps around my neighborhood before and after work, while working 10 hour days, with it being about 1.5 hours before and after work to do the walks/stretch/prep and finish work

- wakes up at 6:30 to get some cardio in before work at 8 - stops run early at 8/10 laps to ensure I can shower and eat breakfast before my 8am session - showers, eats, then gets text at 7:50 from client cancelling the session 🙃 - next session isn't until 10:15 😮‍💨

Today I ringed the bell. I finished my last chemotherapy treatment. Next steps are getting scans done to see the results. But I’m just so happy to be done with this brutal part of the journey. Now please excuse me while I cry to Hayley Williams in my car.
