Listening in to the live Artemis II feed. I love the way they talk about everything (jargon, acronyms, plaing English) . Like a bit ago, an astronaut was talking emotionally about how beautiful the views were of the approaching moon, and Houston's CapCom person responded plainly “Copy. Moon joy.”

Do you miss director commentaries on DVDs? Me too—and that's why I love the official podcasts dedicated to the making of his shows. The official "Breaking Bad", "Better Call Saul" and "Pluribus" podcasts are absolutely wonderful and are worth listening to if you're into that kinda thing.

Enthusiasm is under-rated! Cynicism can feel satisfying but it will straight up murder your ideas/joy. It can be hard to find sometimes BUT don't be ashamed to be excited by stuff! Stuff is neat!!!

Writing hopeful post-apocalyptic/dystopian stories about how communities come together when things are bleak is somewhat of a niche of a niche, so it delights me when I find one! The perfect story for this moment. If you haven't read, I highly suggest doing so this morning. 💓
