There are so many fucked up things with the current administration that it's hard to focus on one but this recent move is basically a death sentence for the planet. I've been involved with more boots on the ground actions over the years than I can count and this really bums me out.

Did you see this today? Anti #ICE protesters carried a MASSIVE U.S. Constitution through the streets of Minneapolis. Not a flag. Not a slogan. The Constitution. Thousands marched, demanding accountability and asking whether federal enforcement is aligning with the rights written on those pages.

Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

Last night, I attended a panel discussion highlighting collaborative and innovative efforts between the University of Rhode Island, Rhode Island, & the UK in ocean research, conservation, & technology. Preservation of ocean health and the environment is fundamental for the blue economy to thrive.

Pew Research Institute (2023): • Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants • Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants • Blue State Minnesota has 130,000. And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration." It's *not* about immigration.

Trump is threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota. As retired Brigadier General Greg Smith told us last year, "the roots of our democracy are in extreme danger” if the president follows through.
