We joined clean energy leaders speaking out against anti-climate proposals in Gov. McKee's FY27 budget. Local renewable energy projects and energy efficiency efforts are how we free RI from a volatile out-of-state fossil fuel market and build an affordable energy future that works for our state.

Yesterday, clean energy advocates gathered for a press event to speak to the concerns and consequences that would follow if Governor McKee’s FY27 budget was passed as it stands today. Renewables are not to blame for our states high utility bills. Clean energy is affordable energy.
