A packed house of plastic packaging reduction advocates in Albany, NY are calling on Speaker Carl Heastie and Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins to bring the Packaging Reduction Act (S1464/A1749) up for a vote BEFORE the budget this session.
