We did something different with the credits for Demonschool. We used this format: name, title, lengthy description of what they did. Often you see credits in games where you don't know what the credited developer was actually responsible for. We wanted to give people proper, actual credit.

Very tired of these bad retro ports - it feels like for every good one, there’s five with input lag, weird bugs, timing problems and/or horrid AI upscaling. There’s a ton of devs passionate about these games, how about giving them these projects instead of the cheapest bidder?

Got to see new Predator movie last night (Badlands). It was great! Brutal and cool, but warning: also funny and silly in spots. Even touching sometimes! I really liked it. It's very different than the original Predator movie (which I adore) but I love that it's FINALLY a new story-than a rehash!

Writing my next Unpacked. Would love to get some data. Be honest, how often do you actually read up on the background of the sources you’re getting information from? Do you check to see what an author’s expertise is in their given subject they’re covering?

I like hearing from people that enjoy and know the games, to tell me what's good and bad about it. An actual, critical review. I don't want to read a review from people that just hate the thing fundamentally. That's not helpful to anyone.

The Halo ICE meme is a litmus test for those that understand what government propaganda is and isn't. Companies putting on politically adjacent events, and cosmetics in their games for things they actively support and believe in is not the same as the DHS using Halo as a "meme".
