I’m so fucking mad right now because I’ve woken up four mornings this week with severe paralysis, unable to move or speak for up to an hour at a time. I tell my mother this and she tells me to try “praying it away.” I swear I’m going to lose it.

I’m teaching a summer institute on local history for K-12 teachers this coming week and I’m realizing I’ve not included one whiff of pirate history. What a shame.

TW: pet illness I just found out another of my dog’s sibling’s just passed from leukemia. My parents have his parents and they’ve been super healthy. Now two of the litter that I raised are gone. I’m definitely worried about Teddy now that they think it’s genetic.

Had to stay in bed all day due to chronic illness flare. It wasn’t even a chill day where I could read or do cozy things, just horrid symptoms and lots of sleep. Feeling a bit better tonight, so I’m thankful for new fanfic to dive into.
