Instantly working on some new landscapes inspired by my trip to Abiquiu.

Up in Abiquiu for a couple days of inspiration. Taking more reference images of the landscape. This is often referred to as Georgia O’Keeffe country since she lived here for 40 years of her life. Beautiful spot!

My newest book Gay Dreaming Volume 2 has arrived! Gotta spend th weekend signing a couple hundred of them for the presale folks and we’ll start shipping out this coming week. I was stressing because they were suppose to arrive a week ago. Just glad they made it here safely!

Coming this Friday. 8 signed, hand embellished artist proofs from the sold out run of Brokeback Mountain posters. Adding as lot of little details and color variation to Jack and Ennis in colored pencil. Each is 24x36”. They’ll be 400.00 USD a piece. 10am mountain time Friday, March 6th.

Sunday vibes

Still getting the new studio settled but getting into a good routine and loving working from home now.

Stumbled on this artist Dan Ortiz Leizman on IG making musical instruments out of plastic lawn chairs and was pretty mesmerized by it so I made this experimental art pieces inspired by it and they’re going to use it as album art. :-)
