In every academic book there is a secret second book hiding in the footnotes. Sometimes it is the first draft that had migrated there to escape the revisions. Sometimes it is the author's tortured secret rebuttal of their own claims, and sometimes it is the incipient form of the their next book.

There's nothing wrong with having a kink, but please don't blame this on us women! I cannot say I've ever had any preference for testicle size. There probably are women who are into that, but I'd be real REAL surprised if it was even top 10 factor for most women??
