Recipe time!
I want to share one of my favorite meals. Roast chicken thighs. Then turn the leftovers into soup.
It’s simple: carrots, celery, onion diced up. Garlic. Take chicken thighs and brown them in olive oil. Put the thighs on the veggies. 1 cup stock. Herbs, salt, pepper. 1-2 hrs at 350.
