Part of the issue with people saying you can't cycle in winter/rain/wind/whatever is because they haven't tried and if they did they'd find out it's almost always fine but another is that we've normalised driving in unsafe conditions and, crucially, being expected to drive in unsafe conditions.

I understand AI isn't going to disappear and I work with information professionals so it would be foolish for my colleagues to ignore it, but when my colleagues casually use it for a creative endeavor (especially producing images) I feel ill.

Signing up for yoga teacher training has been so good for me. I have an awful habit of not doing things I enjoy b/c I wait for the 'perfect' circumstances. After pre-paying for ytt, I feel obligated to commit to doing yoga regardless of perfect circumstances, so I am ready in September (start).
