A lot can happen in 7 years: the GDPR was reformed, Europeans born in 2018 are now in primary school, and the people below joined our digital & enforcement teams! Yet, this case is still pending⏱️

Seems like a bold legal strategy to claim you can't be held liable for users harming or killing themselves because of your product, since suicide and self-harm is against your ToS.

Ten or twenty years ago, if an executive came out and said "actually our products can't be trusted" the stock would take a nosedive rather than go up.
