I feel very sad today. A feeling of grief and bereftness similar to that which I felt in 2016. The consequences of the US election will have global ramifications. I’m on my way to a very positive event though, so I need to park my political emotions until later!

Our workshop was the last session of the day but we still had great engagement. I talked about our work with Jisc as a pilot institution, our approach, and how we used the maturity model as a conversational and exploration tool for digital change. #ALTc24 #DXHE

Final question in #ALTc24 keynote “any quick and obvious wins that people often overlook to improve accessibility and inclusion?” - as a disabled person my answer is - challenge your assumptions, look beyond your own lived experience, listen to (& hear) diverse experiences. Be open. #inclusion
