Holy shit sometimes an album drops that is ridiculously up your alley and I've found it... The Bestiary by Castle Rat, holy fuck I just can't stop smiling and laughing at how good this fucking album is, I'm not finished it yet but there's so many moments that just scream to me

Oh boy DnD session time and lots of fun, my character being an asshole, my character enjoying watching one of the others kinda suffer in a tough conversation, my character going (as i said to the DM) "Full muscle mommy princess" mode as he is wearing a dress and then the end of the session

I hate putting concept album songs that are unequivical bangers into playlists... cause my mind immediately follows them up with the next song but a new song starts playing

Relistening to what i'm like 95% sure is gonna be my album of the year Absolute Elsewhere and man it just fucking goes so hard at so many points, the wailing guitar parts are some of the best usage of that ive heard, the fucking prog ass moments littered across it

I need to get a commision of Elyas doing this sort of hands on head stressed pose cause i feel like it would be a fixture to use after a D&D session cause WOOO BOY it was fucking spicy today, backstories are starting to leak out and stressful decisions are being made and my brain hurts from it

It's a weird time... not just the recent events (though that has probably amplified the feelings) but... recently i've been feeling of idk, melancholy i guess at just lots of things and i think amongst that that outsider status has been foremost at the head

D&D today was a lot of fun, felt a lot more into it this time thankfully and had some good moments, some "fuck you DMs" moments where i really had to get into character and how he responded

1 More day of work then off sunday to roll completely average d20 rolls in D&D, man i hope that i can get an average on the dice higher than 8 this session cause it was fucking painful last session

My Master of Keys commander deck is really impressing me, from the precon to like 50%ish of it completely retooled to include rooms and their associated wincon its just a value machine and a lot less fragile than i expected

Oh i have something legit to say I am like 99% certain my Album of the Year has been decided as it would take just a perfect album at this point to dethrone Absolute Elsewhere by Blood Incantation I just dont understand how they thought they could make that album and it actually turned out amazing
