anyway, I did run the marathon today! Hit the wall pretty hard when the sun came out around mile 19, and that East River Road stretch is always tough for me. Finished in 5 hours 4 min. Not what I hoped but glad I got there. And I even washed my own hair afterward

I think after a marathon everyone should get servants to draw them a luxurious bath and wash their hair lovingly and put ointment on their chafed spots
