So if a rancher chooses to raise sheep for wool, they can't use public lands? Or if a cattle rancher earns more by allowing hunting on leased lands? I don't get what the Stockgrowers have against bison. Is it because bison were here before white people, & don't need humans the way cows do?

The Bureau of Land Management just issued a final decision evicting several hundred bison owned by American Prairie from their federal grazing lands in northern Montana.
