I have definitely heard him speak, and he seems a decent person, well steeped in his convictions. I just think the "political well" has been so poisoned by onerous, evangelical religion and legalistic dogma, that a reset is needed to re-establish the tenet of separation of church and state.

Experience isn't what's lacking, it's political will. If things are so complicated that it takes a full term for them to begin to understand their job, then things have been broken for a long time, and term limits would make them have to plan on making things easier for those that come after.

This is a glimpse into what term limits could do. Politicians would actually feel free to act instead of always campaigning.
