I’m trying to start reaching out to folks again since I spent a lot of the year isolating myself. I’ve always felt like me talking to people is some sort of inconvenience, but after finally having it set in that people do care about me I really want to try and start chatting more.

I should probably be waiting until tomorrow to post something like this… but I’m thankful for what 2025 brought me. It was a massive struggle in the final stretch, but I’m glad I’m still here— and I’m glad I’m going into the new year with a hope that I will be okay.

Today marks the end of the SMG4 channel. I want to thank you all so much for this wonderful journey of 14 and a half years. It’s been a wild ride. 💙

@latgbg.bsky.social! I was late to the party (life got in the way and before I knew it months had gone by!), but I was so impressed by the writing and pacing. It succeeded in so many ways as a pilot, and I genuinely think indie creators should take note of what made it such an airtight pilot.

I don’t think I’ve ever cried as much as I have today. What a ride. I hope this can be a stepping stone to new opportunities in the future.

I’m still on the road I recovery but I’m getting a little better every day. I’m excited for what the new year will bring. I know I’m not intending to keep myself down anymore.

I think I really want to get back I I doing something with Lumi again— like animatics to songs, or doodles, or something like that. I really don’t want to give up on it considering all the work everyone put into it. Things might be different with it going forward with it, but I really want to try.

A lot of what I went through this year made me realize for the past decade or so of my life I was essentially drowning in my own self hatred. I didn’t realize how low I actually thought of myself until just recently.

Figured I may as well repost a sort of explanation for previous followers that I ended up deleting my previous Bluesky account due to a mental breakdown— so this is my new one, now. Apologies for the inconvenience and confusion.

2026 is the year where I’m gonna be okay.

Figured I’d might as well give a small update, I guess now that I’m two months out from everything happening. I’m still struggling a lot with my mental health, but I think I’m at a point where I can say for now, I’m okay. Still on the job hunt, no luck yet, but I may post something regarding that.
