Here's what chronic under-funding/neglect has done: my dept is down 8 TT faculty as peeps quit & lines are not replaced. Fin aid, academic advising, fiscal and business + other units all under-staffed, making it harder for students, remaining taff to operate. Infrastructure crumbling. ⬇️ morale.
