For nearly a year, Darejan Tskhvitaria has lived in a tent outside Georgia’s parliament in protest against Georgian Dream. Yesterday and today, her tent was attacked, her small donations stolen, threats made. “Even if the whole army comes, I will continue my fight”, she told me.

At least 12 Georgian protesters with unpaid fines accrued from blocking the road during demonstrations have had their bank accounts seized. Some of those impacted said they were not informed about the fines, most of which are dated back to around a year ago. oc-media.org/bank-account...

Georgian Dream propagandist Zaza Shatirishvili mocked Trump for repeatedly taking credit for ending the Armenia–Azerbaijan conflict, which Trump has highlighted ad nauseum as one of the key achievements of his second term so far.

As expected, GD propaganda will hold "debates" between GD and their proxies, all while banning & jailing the actual opposition. The aim is to create their own regime-approved opposition, I guess. But I doubt it will work. The party fabric is still there despite crackdowns, and so is public memory.

The Georgian Dream's top propaganda media Imedi TV states that Nikol Pashinyan permitted an LGBT march in Armenia. The fake news is based on a Turkish source. The GD will keep undermining Armenia, because all they want is for Armenia to be firmly back on the Russian orbit.

So, taking part in a Georgia event abroad is punishable by up to 6 years in prison? Like, Georgian diaspora holds a Georgia awareness event and invites representatives and repression victims from Georgia. That’s jail? Hard to catch up with this ocean of legislative terror.

GD MP Levan Makhashvili completed his PhD thanks to the EU Delegation in Georgia, whom he thanked in his acknowledgements. Now he’s banning similar activity and threatening people with criminal responsibility and prolonged jail time. Classic GD. Europe for himself, Russia for everyone else.

One of lady GDs, Nino Tsilosani, says that yes, she has also taken part in NGO trainings, absorbing necessary knowledge and information, but that unlike others, she didn't have [NGO] blood transfusion and didn't lose her Georgianhood. Let's congratulate Nino on her blood purity.
