This arrived today, to add to my new Kenwood. I have also finally taken the plunge and made my first batch of bread in the mixer. It's a dream to use and this might be what I needed to get back my cooking mojo.

I keep coming back to this visualisation of life on Earth. Plants dominate, supporting, sheltering & sustaining all other life. Instead, we’re utterly blind to them because they don’t have eyes, fur or feathers (and the animals we overvalue are just a tiny sliver of the orange column in the graphic)
