And STA does not inspect the vessel.....because? It can do so with any ship anchored in SE waters. In fact, it is the norm that ships subject to a PSC fly a valid flag. Much respect for Sweden's activity on the #shadowfleet, but it's legal follow up seems a bit erratic.

Sweden detained another #shadowfleet tanker, the #JinHui. Am curious to see how this unfolds. The oil tanker has just been found with major deficiencies, through a PSC in Turkey (Apr 13). A tanker with propulsion engine & fire safety issues is not what you want to see sailing in the Baltic.
