Alex Pretti, the man killed by federal agents today in Minneapolis, appears to have been a registered nurse, an athlete, a son and a brother, with ties to Colorado and Wisconsin. Here is a photo he used for several accounts.

The victim is on his knees. The red circles on this photo are the victim’s hands. They are empty. In previous frames, you can see the agents had already disarmed him and walked away with the gun. Agents have the victim on his knees and execute him at point blank range. Much like ISIS would do.

So, if multiple agents tackle a person to the ground, beat him, and then shoot him repeatedly, they cannot later say it was ok cause they later found he was armed - which is neither a crime nor one that carries the penalty of immediate execution. There's no Nobel prize for killing civilians.
