Do you know that in the Social Democracy, Germany- a mother who has just given birth isn't allowed to work for 8 weeks- she gets paid for that time. A doctor can raise that by 6 weeks. One of the parents can take up to 3 years "Parent time" to raise the child. Employer doesn't pay, the state does.
