So… DHS is shut down because people are pissed at ICE and Noem…. But because of the big bad bill, DHS has access to 75 BILLION dollars, so… nothing is going to change? Agents still get to run wild and unchecked? What exactly does the shutdown do? Ice doesn’t need money until 2159!!
