Congress should raise the minimum wage to $175,000 a year. That way we can finally understand how hard it is to scrape by on such a tiny paycheck!

Yesterday for #InternationalWorkersDay, I celebrated Día del Trabajador with FACETCares and returned to Fairmont Gardens — the first community I called home after moving to America. Back then, I worked three jobs just to make ends meet. Working families deserve a livable wage.

Once again Republicans are focusing on the wrong issue. Instead of trying to lower gas prices or invest in our communities, they want to continue attacking reproductive rights. Let’s stop playing politics with our basic fundamental rights; our bodies, our decision.

New York Focus reports a Cuomo-aligned super PAC spent $144,500 to boost Carl Wilson beat Lindsey Boylan in District 3. Boylan is a Mamdani ally, while Wilson is backed by Julie Menin. Tomorrow’s Manhattan race could shape Mamdani’s affordability agenda! Boylan was the first Cuomo accuser.
