HB1502 is a bill directing Virginia’s Department of Environmental Quality to conduct a one year study on standby generators at commercial facilities (including data centers) that hold air permits. The goal? Identify who’s using them, what pollutants they’re emitting, and how much of it.

I am proud to introduce H.B. 414, which opens new doors by removing a key barrier. This bill ensures state financial aid is based on academic goals, not Selective Service registration. Access to higher education should be for everyone! It passed the HigherEd subcommittee, 6-0!
