Half Marathon Training: Run 64 / Parkrun - It was Cleethorpes Parkrun's 12th birthday. I've been visiting (on and off) since 2016 and, with having a morning free, I wanted to go along. It's always such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and I also cut a few seconds off my last Parkrun 2 weeks ago!

Half Marathon Training: Run 63 - Well, I did a non stop 12K and I’m very happy. I had to try and pace myself a bit and force myself to slow down a little at times, but managed it. 😁 Weirdly though the Strava map didn’t record from where I started. There must be a dead zone or something…

I really struggle to socialise. Like...REALLY struggle to socialise. My battery runs low so quickly and I find myself struggling and usually go quiet. That said I'm truly grateful for the friends that I have. ☺️
