For the record, Robin Ince is a superb comedian, an absolute mensch, a remarkable thinker and the kindest human youāll ever meet. And the BBC is a genuinely great and globally unique institution that needs to stop being afraid. I think thatās where most of its faults and issues stem from.

A customer just came into the shop and bought 12 books for her friendās birthday. Sheās going to wrap them individually and write a different month of the year on each one, so her friend has a new book to read every month until her next ļæ¼birthday. And I think thatās just the most thoughtful gift.
