I see that neither NetGalley nor Edelweiss has galleys of the new Jack Reacher book "Exit Strategy" available for review. This is the first time I can remember where ARCs of the next Reacher were not available at least 2-3 months before release, which is now around the corner. I wonder why this is.

It was this book—this specific issue—that got me back into reading comics again as an adult. I saw this on the newsstand in 1988 and was intrigued. I read it, and then the next few issues which also had fantastic covers, and I've been hooked ever since.

I just finished the finale of Your Friends and Neighbors and this comparison to John D. MacDonald is right on the money. The series was just "okay" until the last episode, and then the similarity became apparent. Such a solid finish.
