My job is THAT bitch!!! I get 20 PTO days, 9 paid sick days, 10 paid holidays (all per year), consistent OT, good pay, raises/bonuses, 9-5:30 shift off weekends, AND I work from home 4 days a week with 1 office day a week that doesn’t have to be the same day every week? Baby I ain’t leaving!

Idk if it’s a midwestern or specifically Ohio thing, but making banana pudding with shortbread cookies instead of Nilla wafers is life changing frfr!!!
