What I hear with the discussion on the upcoming Air Canada strike is that the airline expects its workforce to subsidize their operations and perform free labour. Considering what we pay in fares, this is ridiculous.

AI is not the answer to all the world's problems. It is a computer program based on stealing words, without any concept of context or accuracy. Maybe instead we should spend more time actually doing something with our brains to resolve issues, and make life easier.
