The very important mission of elevating my Japanese cooking game continues apace

I did not have time to soak the ramen eggs overnight so they only took a bit of color and flavor from the marinade.. even so, after only six hours in the fridge, they were the most delicious, jammiest eggs I’ve ever made.

Used these jammy eggs to make two different types of curry ramen tonight, topped with corn, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, Napa cabbage drizzled with hot sesame oil + chicken (for bae) + chasu (for me) ✨✨✨✨✨✨

In tonight’s taste of Japan.. my first time making (quick) marinated jammy ramen eggs! 🥚 The yolks turned out perfectly..
