There are so many incredible roles. I greatly enjoyed his later years in films such as All is Lost, A Walk in the Woods, and Alexander Pierce in the MCU. Also, the neat trifecta of political thrillers he directed in the late 2000s to early 2010s are worth a re-watch. Legendary.
