Phoebe was 🤮on the bedroom carpet this morning; OH bought her some different food (she approves) & a cosy mat as she now sleeps on the pare room floor, her choice but this she does NOT like. 😼

Apologies - may have scuppered the return to decent weather next weekend; I've changed round my jumper (winter) & tee shirt (spring/summer) drawers. 😬

Computer 'nerds' - since the last Chrome update, I'm having issues; quite often, I lose what I'm reading & have a Snap warning? Any help, please?

For 2 different reasons, I've missed taking one of my meds the last 2 nights; this means I have a very muzzy head today (I know, 'what's changed!) 😳

My phone just wished me 'Happy Birthday' - the machines are taking over..

Electrician here at 9:30 to fit new earthing point box as OH mowed the cover off the old one a couple of days ago 🙄; I then spent an hour outside, listening to the birds & watching swallows (new to me here). 😊

It's dress rehearsal day & so, of course, my rotator cuff injury is particularly painful, when I'll need to sit in one position & concentrate all afternoon (I'm prompt). 🙄

Bit late this morning, computer 'issues'; lovely relaxing time yesterday at Wakehurst Place, including seeing 2 mistle thrushes! Baking & gardening today. Enjoy this weather, if you can 😊

Lots of vol work concentration today, including chairing quite a lively meeting this afternoon & this evening's our final rehearsal before the Dress on Sunday. Had a few moments outside in the sun with the birds.. 😊

Has anyone had genuinely helpful contact with Mind? My CPN has set up an appt for me on Tues, but I seriously think that it is for her peace of mind rather than that anything useful will happen for me. Normally I'd say give that appt a go but I've so very few spoons & so much on.

We took OH's increasingly frail, mentally & physically, elderly father out for lunch today for Easter. He enjoyed his meal but both of them nodded off between courses! Now sticking to 'no vol work over the long weekend', although, emails...

Had an upsetting email, that caused much 'why do I bother?'; poor OH was patient as I ranted. 😖

Feeling so sad & angry this morning; our wondeful hospice St Wilfrids, is having to stop its Care at Home service, due to funding issues. We can find money to kill via 'defence spending' but not to support our sick.

Not the day I was expecting; the combination of beer & fatty food (samosas/spring rolls etc) at the buffet last night upset OH's insides & he vomited... in bed at 2:30. 😱

Been to 2 garden centres yesterday & today & we're off to a Christmas party (yes, you read that right, it's a local allotment society that like a celebration when the weather's gloomy) this evening; pleasant downtime before some more stresses on the horizon. 😊

Phoebe had an early appointment with the vet for a fasting blood test & urine extraction, 6 monthly for kidney issues. She had a sedative before; we now have a 'drunk' 3-legged cat. 😼
