This year I've had a few firsts! First feature on Bandcamp's New & Notable and first ever plays on BBC Radio 6. First headline gig in Oxford. 🥹 I am quite hard on myself and have been awfully hard on myself this year (not sure why). I need to acknowledge stuff that has gone/is going well. 😁

NHS 111 have been so helpful today. It was quick to get through and they said a GP would call within 2 hours. The GP called within 2 minutes, assessed my symptoms and booked me an appointment to see someone in person. 👍 D

I'm having the worst flare up of my RSI in ages, after a long stretch with very well managed symptoms. I don't know what to do with myself. 😅 There were so many things I was going to do on my days off but now I can't do them.

My friend Rosie sent me some saxophone and I am feeling so inspired. She's so talented.

I have so much music to go through and finish. 😅 I am buzzed about it but I keep hopping from project to project and being very indecisive. My friend recorded some saxophone for a track of mine and I'm very excited. I felt I couldn't do the vocals until I had the saxophone.

I dreamt that I was working on some sound design for a live set. I was creating a rack to hold objects that I had sampled sounds from (pots, pans etc). Every time I stretched a waveform, the object I'd gotten the sound from stretched too.
