On the 30th, I get 23 teeth pulled out. Initially, I was told I'd be fitted for dentures right away. Now I'm being told they can't do it until 5 or 6 months after the surgery. So I will have eight teeth in my mouth for half a year. I'll be eating Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner out of a blender.

Finally saw Life of Chuck last night, and goddamn, @mikeflanaganfilm.com did it again. It's a masterpiece that had me sitting in silence after the movie was over thinking about so much. I will be thinking about this movie for a long time. Definitely the best film I have seen this year.

I've been to 2 concerts this month, and the first one had someone trying to pass their phone to the band on stage while they were playing and the second one someone tossed their phone on the stage. Fucking stop doing that, assholes. This isn't about you.

Ancient #physicalmedia pick up. Got this on eBay for $29 with shipping. Terminator 2 laser disc in excellent condition (minus the info sheet on the back). The discs are still in their shrink wrap. Saw a copy at Living Dead Weekend and wanted it, but $60 was a little much. Glad I waited.

Been playing around with glitching methods and I think I found my favorite. I took a picture from my hike the other day, converted it to a 64kbps mp3, and then exported that file as a jpeg using a program called GIMP. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Had a job interview. First one since my autism diagnosis. Totally explains so much. The lack of eye contact, the small talk, and my complete lack of ability to talk about myself when asked. I have known myself for all of my 37 years, but when someone asks me to describe myself, I shutdown.

My favorite level of "I think I'm right, but in reality I'm the highest level of wrong" is the bragging about using an iPad in a movie theater post. They always think they're in the right. "My child is too young to watch Sinners. What was I supposed to do?" Not go is a start.

Had to tell a group of people to shut the fuck up during Sinners. They were casually talking about work like there wasn't a great movie playing in front of them. When the movie was over, one of them said "bro, that movie was straight cheeks" as they walked out. Movie theaters are back, baybee!

I work with some of the laziest assholes I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

Val Kilmer was in a lot of classics over the years. Top Gun, Tombstone, The Doors, Heat, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. But my favorite performance of his is from Top Secret! He's fantastic in this, and if you're going to watch something in his honor, consider this one.
