The most metal thing I’ve ever done is successfully navigate the online United States AES import/export system, which first required me to create a sole proprietorship, to get an employer ID#, to “export” my car to Canada when I moved up here.

I was an “international” student in Germany when I first saw David Lynch’s Mulholland Dr. The screening was in German which I could barely get by conversationally in. Afterwards, a French girl next to me explained the plot points I missed in extremely broken English. It was all perfect.
