I've been testing ACstudio's Guerrilla Whistle and I LOVE this model: makerworld.com/en/models/23... Its tolerant enough to be printed en-masse on both my MK3 and MK4, prints on its side, sounds great, and has great usability features. My only complaint is the keyring, a bit weaker than others.

Just did some math. I’ve been 3D Printing whistles for 24 days and have: * Made 6270 * Shipped 5210 That’s roughly 260 whistles _per day_. And this includes the time spent optimizing my process and printing profiles. A lot more room to optimize, but I’ll keep working to bump that number up.

Our 3D printing network is also massively distributed across the country so if someone has a local urgent need, we are able to get it to them in a few days, instead of having to wait for a shipment from overseas.

Sometimes people ask "why do you 3D print them when you can buy them?" The answer is that drop ships of tens of thousands of whistles are more expensive than buying a 3D printer and filament, and the whistles they produce are 3x heavier, meaning it costs us that much more to ship.

We have officially shipped 200,000 whistles in the month of January. Earlier this month, I told her we would do half a million in February and couldn't really believe it... But I think we will (easily) do half a million in February.
