What movie do you consider "perfect?"

Finished a script for a writing contest and may be getting to meet one of my heroes in the coming months! Not a bad way to end the day especially when it started with me falling down the stairs and hurting my back.

Had a lot of fun drawing tonight. I made a lot of mistakes but was able to correct them in real time. Feels like solving a puzzle and its great.

Just finished "Out of Alcatraz" by @ifyoucantwell.bsky.social and @mrtylercrook.bsky.social and man what a terrific comic. It felt like I was watching a great Robert Aldrich movie from the 60s. Tyler Crooks' art gets more layered withe every book but his faces especially are stunning. High recommend

Day 1 of my new job

This Friday I leave the job Ive held for the past 6 years for a similar but significantly better paying job. A lot of mixed feelings but I couldnt live with the wages I was making (and the raises that never came) so here's to a new chapter. Hopefully this will also free up more time for art/writing.

Best movies of the 21st century so far. Nearly impossible to choose just 10. Ask me tomorrow and this list would probably be completely different.

Ive got two. The first is a little Chinese food stand inside my local grocery store. Literally nothing has even come close to the taste of that chicken. The other is Pat and Oscars. Pat divorced Oscar and it all shut down. Oscar reopened as "O's" but then Covid came and the rest is history :(
