I’ve had Neurology and Psychiatry argue about whether an elderly patient kept leaving his home in the middle of the night due to dementia vs. psychosis (it wasn’t delirium). No one would admit this poor 80 yo man. His family was so frustrated. What’s the problem? Manufactured doctor shortage.
