Incidentally, earlier this year Microsoft announced it was investing $80 billion in AI. EIGHTY BILLION DOLLARS. They gobbled up half the games industry in a disastrous acquisition spree that never should've been allowed to happen, then saw something shinier and immediately fumbled the gaming bag.

Finally playing Shadow of the Colossus (PS3) and it’s in this kinda weird place for me because it’s not only one of the very few games I’ve already watched a full play through of but I’ve seen 3 different playthoughs.

Yeah so when people have talked about the crash I've been pointing out that the western games biz has been crashing for years, it's just crashing slowly. The EA buyout will speed things up quite a bit, though.

EA owns BioWare (Dragon Age, Mass Effect), Respawn (Titanfall, Apex Legends), System Shock, Dead Space, Need for Speed, classics like Ultima and Wing Commander, and The Sims, on top of so, SO many more games and franchises which will now be subject to the control of the Saudi Royal family.
